To support their growth in the LATAM market, we are assisting them in identifying a Regional Sales Manager - LATAM.
Job title: Regional Sales Manager - LATAM
Mission: The Regional Sales Manager LATAM is responsible for business development, revenue growth, and management of the distributor and importer network across the entire Latin American region. The mission of the role is to consolidate and further develop the company’s presence in LATAM markets, ensuring achievement of sales targets, implementation of regional commercial strategies, and a high level of satisfaction among distribution partners and end customers. The role serves as the main point of contact between Headquarters and the regional distribution network, ensuring proper execution of commercial policies and continuous business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the regional commercial strategy in line with corporate objectives.
Develop revenue, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
Manage and develop the network of distributors and importers.
Identify new business opportunities and commercial partners.
Ensure achievement of sales and margin targets.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regional business plans.
Monitor distribution partner performance.
Ensure high standards of commercial and after-sales support.
Gather market intelligence, analyze competitors, and identify emerging trends.
Collaborate with internal departments to support regional business growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international sales roles.
Proven experience managing distributors and importers.
Preferred background in industrial companies, automotive aftermarket, professional equipment, automotive equipment, or related technical sectors.
Experience managing international and multicultural markets.
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.
